But the second round has been judged by the selected Nekita ink judges that we have already mentioned in previous posts.
The finalists have been judged based on their industry, the utilisation of their talent per excellence, and their ability for regeneration – which is the ability to re-invent themselves by turning a bad situation around to a good situation. Lastly they have been judged by the impact their endeavours have made on the society or communities around them in terms of the female gender.

SHEETAL STRONG KOTAK
Sheetal Strong Kotak was able to turn a life and death situation around by 360 degrees.
From coming close to death when she almost died of anorexia and from the depression and emotional trauma of the passing of her brother – she was able to pick herself up and reinvent herself.
To anyone who has ever lost a loved one, to anyone who has been down in despair, frustration, or depression – Sheetal is a living representation of how you can bounce back up, find your feet, start all over again, rise to the top and gain power even after a fall.
Sheetal rose up and decided to get Strong. She turned her tragedies into a positive and awe inspiring success story. She built herself up and became a body building champion in the face of the negative criticism and backlash most female body builders receive in most societies.
Today Sheetal Strong Kotak stands strong as the current body building champ of Kenya, and that is just one of her many awards.
Sheetal is also the Ambassador for a US based Clothing apparel line called BEFIT-
Sheetal is also the Head of Tendering, Imports and Logistics at a private company.
And now – Sheetal Strong Kotak is the winner of this year’s Extraordinary Women’s award.
RITA EZENWA- OKORO
Rita churns out remarkable projects year after year with relentless determination, dedication and disarming ease.
From her Street project that discovers upcoming fresh talent, to her ‘reflection series’ ‘smile for December project’ and ‘haven project’ that all reach out to offer support to the less privileged and provide a back bone for budding entrepreneurs.
Rita is a serial entrepreneur and humanitarian who runs several businesses and organisations at the same time.
She is the founder of the Street Project Foundation, a Founding partner, creative consultant at Rita Omovbude consult, and a co-founder of Blacksoupproductions.
Rita is a Fellow of YALI- the Young African Leaders Initiative (The Mandela Washington Fellowship) whose Fellows have established records of accomplishment in promoting innovation and positive impact in their organizations, institutions, communities, and countries.
Rita Ezenwa Okoro is the first runner up.
TOKUNBO ‘TORNADO’ NASAMU
Tokunbo is the CEO of Emory Green – the new event company that’s taking Atlanta/US and the world by the storm.
Tokunbo Nasamu is a lady who brings ideas to life for a living. She is a Creative Conceptualizer, Strategist and an events business manager.
Tokunbo is also a media and marketing communications professional with over ten years of experience in the advertising and media industry.
Tokunbo was able to cleverly sell a campaign idea she had to one of the largest telecoms companies in Africa – MTN – and thus came about the birth of the yearly MTN Rhythm of love yearly Valentine show that feature across many states in Nigeria. The show was a platform that offered counseling, gifts, entertainment and the idea of strengthening homes by solidifying the marriage unit.
Tokunbo also spearheaded PZ’s ‘Olympic moments’ inspirational events campaign.
One striking trait about Tokunbo is her confidence, congeniality and ability to penetrate big brands and successfully sell ideas.
